Juya Terms of Use

1. General Terms

The juya platform is an online entertainment and betting service operated for adult users in Bangladesh. Users must be at least 18 years old and be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh to create an account. Each user may only create one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is the user's responsibility to keep all information provided during registration accurate and up to date. juya reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login information completely confidential. Allowing others to use your account or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. juya will not be held responsible for any loss caused by third-party access to your account. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account.

2. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting activities on the juya platform are conducted within set rules and limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits are defined for each game type and may change at any time. juya is not obligated to consider bets or winnings resulting from technical errors or software issues as valid. In the event of any dispute regarding results, juya's system records will be considered final. Match fixing, use of automated bots, or any other fraudulent activity may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered on juya have their own specific terms, which are detailed on each offer's page. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts or false information will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and deposited funds. Bonus offers are only valid for the period stated in the offer and expire automatically once that period ends. juya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without notice.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Approved payment methods available in Bangladesh must be used for deposits and withdrawals on the juya platform. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and minimum and maximum limits apply to each transaction. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–3 business days after verification. Withdrawal requests may be held if account verification (KYC) has not been completed. Transferring funds to third-party bank accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited and any such requests will be considered void.

4. Liability & Limitations

Juya always strives to provide reliable service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, internet issues, or unforeseen circumstances. juya will not be held liable for any losses arising from such situations. The user is participating in gaming activities on the platform voluntarily and at their own discretion, and all financial risks are their own. juya is not directly responsible for addiction or financial problems arising from gambling or betting, but we remain committed to responsible gaming support. 5. Privacy

To learn more about how your personal data is collected, stored, and used, please see our Privacy Policy read it. juya never sells your information to third parties. Sharing information may be required in response to legitimate requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies. 6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first and provide a detailed description of the issue. The support team generally aims to respond to complaints within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through the support team, both parties will settle the issue through mutually agreed mediation. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts applies to any disputes.
